The Arkansas Arts Center is pleased announce the recent acquisition of Neckpiece (Untitled) by Attai Chen. In his elaborately crafted jewelry, Chen combines twigs, toy parts, repurposed plastic, metal and paper that have been drawn on with graphite or painted with pigment, glass color or nail varnish, to fashion assemblages that explore themes of gestation, growth and decay.
